Payments with Guarantee Letter (GL)/Insurance

  • Patient apply for Guarantee Letter (GL) for verification by cashiers before admission
  • Cashier will issue ID band after GL verification with insurance company
  • Patient accompanied to room by nurses
  • Patient must pay FULL package amount or 80% of estimated bill for non package before admission if GL is not verified
  • Our billing system is not able to provide Itemised Billing for any packages. Please clarify with your insurance provider/company before signing up for our packages to ensure successful claim.

We accept cash payments and transfers. Please make sure you are issued a receipt when you make payment.

We welcome Guarantee Letters (GL) from both insurance companies and employers. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that you provide your GL prior to your admission date. Our Credit Department will require some time to verify the GL with your Insurance/Company before granting admission without a deposit. Pre-validating your GL will also facilitate a seamless admission process during non-office hours and on public holidays. Please make certain that your GL includes explicit details such as the covered amount, any limits (if applicable), the number of visits, validity period, and signed by authorized personnel. Approval from management is necessary for non-panel GLs.

Admission Procedure

  • To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process, please follow the outlined steps based on your visit time and payment method.

During Clinic Hours:

  • Check-in at Clinic/A&E Counter: Upon arrival, the patient will check in at either the clinic or A&E counter.
  • For Package Patients: The cashier will confirm that full payment for the selected package has been received.
  • For Non-Package Patients: The cashier will collect 80% of the estimated bill as a deposit.
  • ID Band Issuance: The cashier will issue an ID band to the patient.
  • Room Assignment: A nurse will accompany the patient to their designated room.

After Clinic Hours:

  • Check-in at A&E Counter: Patients arriving after clinic hours will check in at the A&E counter.
  • For Package Patients: The A&E staff will confirm that full payment for the package has been received.
  • For Non-Package Patients: The A&E staff will collect 80% of the estimated bill as a deposit.
  • ID Band Issuance: The A&E staff will issue an ID band to the patient.
  • Room Assignment: A nurse will accompany the patient to their designated room.

  • Apply for GL: Patients wishing to use a Guarantee Letter (GL) or insurance must first apply for a GL for verification.
  • GL Verification: The cashier will verify the GL with the insurance company before admission. Once the GL is verified, the cashier will issue an ID band to the patient.
  • Room Assignment: A nurse will accompany the patient to their room after the GL is verified.
  • If GL is Not Verified: If the GL is not yet verified by the insurance company, the patient must pay the full package amount or 80% of the estimated bill (for non-package services) before admission.

Payment Methods

  • We offer a variety of payment methods to make your transaction process as convenient as possible. Choose from the following options:

Cash Payments

  • If you're paying in cash, please make sure to ask for and receive a receipt at the time of payment. This ensures that you have a record of your transaction. We recommend keeping this receipt for your personal records.

Bank Transfers

  • For payments made via bank transfer, kindly ensure that the transfer is completed before the due date. Once the transfer is made, please send us a proof of transfer (such as a bank statement or screenshot) for our records. This will help us to verify and confirm your payment in a timely manner.

Credit Card Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. Whether it's Visa, MasterCard, or another major provider, simply provide your card details when making a payment.

Guarantee Letters (GL)

  • We also welcome GL from both insurance companies and employers. We highly recommend submitting your GL prior to your admission date to allow adequate time for our Credit Department to verify it with your insurance company or employer. This verification is necessary before granting admission without a deposit.
  • Pre-validating your GL will ensure a smoother and faster admission process, especially during non-office hours or public holidays. Please ensure your GL contains the following details:
  • Covered amount
  • Any applicable limits
  • Number of visits covered
  • Validity period
  • Signature from authorized personnel
  • Approval from management is required for GLs from non-panel providers.
